I love what I do and feel blessed to be able to pour my passion out by helping people beautifying a portion of the earth that God has entrusted to them. My wife (Christy) and I have owned Sharp Landscaping for since 1998 and enjoy it as much now as we did day one.
Christy and I have been married for 21 years and have three beautiful kids. We work hard because we love our family and live for the times that we get to spend together. Family is the second most important thing in my life, first is my relationship with Jesus. He is my inspiration and the center of our business. I owe everything to Jesus and how he leads us daily.
One thing that sets Sharp Landscaping apart from other companies is our focus on building a relationship with customers on a personal level. Many of the projects we’ve done have been for friends and family and we love that. Better still are the friends we’ve made while working on projects for new customers. Each customer is personally important to us, and not just their yards, trees or patios. I enjoy seeing customers at the grocery store or a restaurant and having conversations with them about their families, the things they’re passionate about and things besides landscaping (of course I am always willing to talk about that as well!)
As an employer, it’s also important that my relationship with my team members (employees) is strong and positive. I work hard to balance the duties of being “the boss” with the friendships I have with my employees and their families.
